About the Master of International StudiesThe Master’s of International Studies aims to broaden knowledge of International Affairs from a multidisciplinary perspective. To achieve this, the course firstly focuses on general subjects such as Modern history, the Global economy, Public International Law, International Relations (IR) and International Organizations. Secondly, the programme focuses on institutionalized international cooperation in specific areas of interest such as Peacekeeping and International security, Economy and Global trade, Protecting and Promoting human rights, and International Cooperation for development or International cooperation in technical, scientific and technological areas. Thus the Master’s degree course aims to: 1- Train students to analyze and understand the complex structure of Institutions and relations which shape today’s world. 2- To broaden the knowledge of and analyze international organizations as actors in our society and international cooperation. 3- Provide training aimed at professional development on an international level. Special emphasis is also placed on training in the field of research applied to International Studies. To obtain the Master’s degree it is necessary to complete a Research Report directed by a tutor assigned by the management of the Master. (More information). DirectorDra.
