Mr. Jose Mª Cervera PhDc is International Director of the Chamber of Commerce of Barcelona. He graduated from Harvard University’s John F. Kennedy School of Government and also Georgetown University (global strategy) he also holds an MBA from IESE Business School. As International Director, he develops and co-ordinates the programs designed for promoting international ventures and business internationalization and attracting foreign investment in the Barcelona area.
