However, it is also subject to annual flooding, caused by monsoons and cyclones. These hardships hinder its economy and, thus, its development, making it unattractive for investor countries.<\/p>\n<p>At this session, we will talk about the country with H.E. Mr Luis Tejada Chac\u00f3n, Ambassador of Spain in Bangladesh since 2011. Ambassador Tejada holds a degree in law and, since beginning his diplomatic career, has also been stationed at Spanish diplomatic missions in Gabon and Syria.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"font-family-anulat: 'Helvetica Neue', Helvetica, Arial, sans-serif;\">Content<\/h2>\n<p>Despite some partial successes in certain areas, Bangladesh remains one of the world\u2019s poorest countries.
