Specifically, they participated two members of the working group of United Nations on the use of mercenaries, Dr. Elzbieta Karska, chairwoman and Ms. Patricia Arias..; former member of the same group, Mr. Jos&eacute; Luis Gomez del Prado, Dra. Helena Torroja, a professor of public international law at the UB and academic director of the CIS and doctoral student at the UB, Mr. Arturo Pallard&oacute;. The results of this meeting have been very positive, moving much in the content and scope of the future treaty.
