On Friday, June 13, CEI International Affairs held the closing ceremony for the 2024\/2025 class of its two master\u2019s programs, both awarded by the University of Barcelona: the Master\u2019s Degree in Diplomacy and International Organizations<\/em><\/a> and the University-specific master\u2019s degree in sustainability. Environment, society and economy<\/a>.<\/em><\/p>\n

The event marked the end of an academic year filled with learning, growth, and shared experiences. In keeping with CEI tradition, graduating students took part in the symbolic planting of the class tree, this year a magnolia, representing nobility and dignity.<\/p>\n

The keynote address was delivered by Dr. Maria Teresa Costa Camp\u00ed<\/strong>, Professor Emerita of Economics and Director of the Chair of Energy Sustainability at the University of Barcelona. Her speech offered insightful reflections on current and future challenges in the fields of diplomacy and sustainability.<\/p>\n

The ceremony also featured remarks from Mr. Joaquim Llimona<\/strong>, CEI Director General; Dr. Ana G. Juanatey<\/strong>, Academic Coordinator of the master\u2019s in Sustainability; and Mr. Adri\u00e0 Reyes<\/strong>, Academic Coordinator of the master\u2019s in diplomacy. All three expressed heartfelt appreciation for the students\u2019 dedication, commitment, and development throughout the program.<\/p>\n
