Covid-19 has generated dynamics that widen inequalities, related to the unequal ability to adapt to new forms of work, while public powers try to measure up to increased responsibilities. The dynamics – national, regional, and global – are affected by these new dimensions. Are references to the need for a \u201cnew social contract\u201d that is inclusive, sustainable, and global, voluntaristic approaches or a path that is as difficult as it is necessary? In what lines and with what scope is progress being made … or not?<\/p>\n
