Book Presentation

Manuel Montobbio, Diplomat and Doctor in Political Science presents his new book Bunkers   next Thursday February 18.

The presentation will take place at 19pm. in the Auditorium of the IEMed.

Bunkers is a word-symbol, a poem, a story and an essay   A river that leads us to follow his current trip. Bunkers outside that inhabit us inside; from its construction to its deconstruction; the total development of total power under the regime of Enver Hoxha, to its collapse and fall, and oblivion, escape, destruction, deconstruction and reconstruction, transition / foundation of a new regime, a new society, perhaps a new world; of the questions of then and now, those of us always do whenever human beings, above and below the circumstances of self and us in the journey of life. A poem which is part of the poetic world that the author reflected in poetic Guide Albania portraying totalitarian power and mentality and operation and the epic of contemporary Albania; and a dialogue with it, a reflection, an essay on Albania and the power, freedom and the human condition, from reason and from the heart, in an original literary approach.
