As part of the 45th Edition of the European Union Course, this evening, for another year, the session “Working in the EU: Job and Internship Opportunities” was held at the Aula Magna of the Faculty of Law at the University of Barcelona (UB).
The session featured the participation of the UB’s UNICAT Ambassador, Mr. Imad Benhessou, and the Diplomatic Counsellor at the Permanent Representation of Spain to the EU (REPER), Mr. Sergi Farré. During the session, key aspects of the European civil service, the staff recruitment process, and the main avenues for entering the institutions were discussed, highlighting the European Commission’s Blue Book Traineeships and the European Parliament’s Schuman Scholarships.

This event was made possible thanks to the support of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, European Union and Cooperation, the portal Hablamos de Europa, and the University of Barcelona.
With over 50 students attending in person and more than 70 participating online, the session has established itself as a key space for those looking to develop their professional careers within the EU.
