The EU Aid Volunteers project allows EU citizens and long-term residents in the EU to participate in humanitarian aid programs and advance their international careers. It is aimed both at recent graduates seeking their first international experience and at experienced professionals interested in starting a career in humanitarian aid.
This initiative covers volunteers’ expenses during training and deployment, including travel, insurance, and accommodation costs. In addition, EU Aid Volunteers receive a monthly living allowance to cover daily expenses such as food, local transportation, and other necessities.
