Master’s Degree in Diplomacy and International Organizations has been accredited by AQU!

The University Master’s Degree in Diplomacy and International Organizations has obtained accreditation from the Catalan University Quality Assurance Agency (AQU Catalunya) after successfully completing the corresponding external evaluation process in September 2026.

This recognition endorses the quality of the programme and confirms that the degree is delivered in accordance with established university standards in areas such as teaching, academic staff, academic planning and learning outcomes.

The accreditation provides important recognition of the Master’s prestige, while also serving as a guarantee of quality and helping to strengthen the academic recognition of an official degree awarded by the University of Barcelona.

Accreditation forms part of the quality assurance system for official university degrees. Throughout its lifecycle, a degree programme undergoes different processes: first, its academic proposal is verified; it may subsequently be modified to adapt to new needs; and finally, it is accredited through an external evaluation that assesses its proper implementation and overall quality.

Once the Master’s degree has been accredited, a new stage of periodic monitoring begins, during which its development is reviewed and potential areas for improvement are identified. This monitoring helps ensure that the programme continues to meet quality standards and remains responsive to the needs of students and the professional environment.
