Mock fears at the CEI!

This morning we carried out at the CEI International Affairs headquarters a simulation of the fourth exercise of the examination for the Diplomatic Career. This exercise consisted of an oral presentation of four randomly chosen topics from the examination syllabus for one hour (approximately fifteen minutes per topic). In our case, each candidate has prepared their own topics according to the length of time they have been in the competition.

This morning we carried out at the CEI International Affairs a simulation of the fourth exercise of the examination for the Diplomatic Career. This exercise consisted of a one-hour oral presentation of four randomly selected topics from the syllabus of the competition (approximately fifteen minutes per topic). In our case, each candidate has prepared their own topics according to the length of time they have been in the competition.

To carry out this mock exam, with the aim of reproducing the conditions of the official exam, we had a panel made up of leading professionals from the academic and diplomatic spheres: the Spanish Ambassador, Fernando Perpiñá-Robert, Academic Director of the CEI, Andrea Noferini, State Lawyer, Cristina Ozores, and finally the Dean of the Faculty of Philology and Communication at the University of Barcelona, Joan Burguera.

This simulation has been an ideal practical experience for our candidates to consolidate their knowledge and skills in a demanding and realistic environment.
