The Tutorial Action Plan

The Tutorial Action Plan (TAP) consists of guidance and tutoring actions in which the teaching and coordination team of the master’s programme is actively involved in supporting students from the pre-enrolment stage through to preparation for labour market entry, providing support both on an individual and group basis.

The TAP remains in continuous contact with students via email or the Moodle virtual classroom, which serve as the main communication channels.

Functions of the TAP
The purpose of the TAP is to inform, support, and guide students throughout their academic journey. Its main functions include the following:

  • Dissemination of information about CEI programmes.
  • Pre-enrolment information: guidance on the requirements and characteristics of the master’s programme, as well as the resolution of queries through in-person assistance, email, telephone calls, or video calls.
  • Welcome and integration of students into the functioning of the programme.
  • Academic support: monitoring of the study process and participation in the master’s programme, as well as individualized guidance for the selection and development of the Master’s Final Project.
  • Guidance on professional internships: support in choosing placement destinations and in preparing applications and CVs to participate in internship calls, including those of the ERASMUS+ programme.
  • Guidance for labour market entry.
  • Ongoing tutoring: the possibility of requesting meetings with teaching staff or programme coordination to address specific academic or administrative matters.

For further information, the regulations governing the Tutorial Action Plan may be consulted.
