
Claudia Manrique

Claudia Manrique obtained her PhD in Law in 2016 from the Universitat de Barcelona, with Cum Laude distinction, European Doctorate mention, and the Extraordinary Doctoral Award. She is accredited as a Profesora Lectora by AQU Catalunya.
Her research focuses on Public International Law and, in particular, International Economic Law, with emphasis on international trade in services, regulatory governance, international investment, sustainable development, and human rights from the perspective of developing countries.
Her work is reflected in several scientific publications and participation in competitive research projects, conferences, and international forums, including spaces related to the World Trade Organization and the United Nations Conference on Trade and Development.
She is currently involved in competitive research projects at the Faculty of Law of the Universitat de Barcelona and is a member of the Observatori de Dret Públic IDP Barcelona. She is also a member of the teaching innovation group ADIP – Àrea de Dret Internacional Públic i Relacions Internacionals, actively participating in funded teaching innovation projects.
